purchases.  Free shipping on all purchases and free shipping on all returns within 30 days.

2. Diamond Returns

• 30-day return policy on all diamond purchases when using our prepaid FedEx label
• Returns made between 30 days and 12 months are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Provided all merchandise is in the same condition you received it.

3. Insurance Recommendations
We recommend insuring your purchase through Jewelers Mutual or your homeowner’s
insurance policy.

4. Insurance Appraisals
A complimentary insurance appraisal is provided with every diamond purchase.

5. Annual Cleaning
Professional cleaning is available for $85 per item, plus round-trip postage and
insurance.

6. Repairs & Sizing

• Available at a modest charge, plus postage and insurance.
• Most repairs are completed within 7 days.
• Repair quotes can often be provided from a photo of your jewelry item.

7. Engraving
Free engraving is offered at the time of purchase.
